nockergeekWell, after 3 hours of play, during which I found a really good group in my first 10 minutes, hit level 13 and got enough XP to keep from deleveling after death, got to Selbina for the first time, and got my first subjob quest item, I think the decision is pretty clear.
I'm sticking with FFXI. When it works, it really, really works.

on 2004-02-13 09:03 pm (UTC)So you know - it is always easier to go to the Gusgen Mines to get the Magicked Skull, there are Ghoul pops there all the time so there is no waiting for spawns. Just get a decently high lvl person to help out. That's where I got mine and let me just say it was so much easier than camping against the other parties.
Oh, and Grats! The Dunes are a super place to lvl 13-20!
