nockergeekO Brother, Where Art Thou - an exceptional little movie, and a fun retelling of the Odyssey. The music's great, and the fact that the entire movie was recolored digitally is a nice extra bit of movie geekdom.
The Path - a new comic from Crossgen. A samurai tale of a loss of faith and a plan for revenge. Issue 1 just came out, and I can't wait until issue 2.
Hot Braised Chicken from Master Wok - tasty, with just a bit of spice. I cleaned my plate.
Memorex CD-Rs - Burn for burn, the best blank CDs I've ever used. It feels good to be able to buy a spindle of 50 again.
Filing income tax online - Fast, simple, and with an excellent return speed... less than two weeks!
Virtua Fighter 4 - Oh. My. God. Best fighting game I've played in a long long time. It's nice to see a more realistic fighting game, too. I love Capcom-style fighters, don't get me wrong, but the many real-world fighting styles and moves in VF4 must be seen to be believed. Lei Fei and the Shaolin Gong Fu all the way, bay-bee!! Can't wait to get my PS2 fixed/replaced so that I can play this.
