Once again...

nockergeek... I get stood up by Seth and Kim, after attempting to get together with them sometime this week. This, after assurances that they'll call me whenever they decide what their plans are, after invitations to come over and work on L5R decks, after taking the initiative and making the calls myself (and always getting the answering machine).
Now, to be fair, I'm not really angry. I understand that this is their nature; they don't make plans in advance, and just go wherever the whim takes them. But I am utterly annoyed by it, because that is my nature; I like to plan things out in advance... not to tiny details, but at least a rough idea of what's going to be going on.
So we're just at odds with how we do things differently. Like I said, I'm not angry, and maybe sometime I can nail their feet to the floor so they'll be home when I call, or glue the phone to their hands so they'll remember to call me when they say they will.
