Avoiding rush hour? Not so much.
Dec. 16th, 2008 03:01 pmI was hoping to leave work an hour or two early to avoid the worst of rush hour.
That was before I just had a high priority data pull/analysis job dropped in my lap that must be completed before I leave... two hours before the workday is over.
Needless to say, I am a bit unhappy with this. I'm unhappier still that I'm still waiting for the info I need to begin said high priority job.
(Most of the time, I love my job. This is one of the few instances where it fills me with annoyance and light rage.)
