Ding!

Hit level 70 this evening. I'm amazed by how fast the XP flows in Northrend; I'm just now moving beyond Valiance Keep in the Borean Tundra, and that got me from the end of 68 through to 70. By the time I finish this zone, I may be 71 or 72. I haven't decided if I want to try out Howling Fjord, or if I want to save that for my second character in Northrend (which, most likely, will be Azrafel, my Death Knight).

I must say, if the quest structure of the Borean Tundra quests are indicative of what's to come, I think I'm going to greatly enjoy the expansion.

The Howling Fjord quests give a lot of indication of what's going to happen in Dragonblight, which is, so far, the most OMGEPIC thing I've encountered.

There's also more Lich King sightings from what I can tell (I've done both zones on Jae..haha, I haven't moved past Dragonblight)

Hit up Howling Fjord too, yes. Do both zones. It'll get you a good bit of the way along, and it's just fun.

My progression went like this:

Borean Tundra
Howling Fjord
Dragonblight
Hit 77 without finishing Dragonblight (due to entering Northrend at 70, and running multiple instances)
Storm Peaks, so that I could start earning Sons of Hodir rep ASAP (and I've completed every quest there save for those requiring me to run Halls of Lightning)
Icecrown

And I hit 80 while in Icecrown. I have not yet touched Sholazar Basin, Grizzly Hills, or Zul'Drak (except that I've run Drak'Tharon Keep, and I've done the Amphitheatre of Anguish, and I've gone and met Hemet Nesingwary).

This expansion blows BC out of the water.
