Everybody's doing it...
Jun. 10th, 2008 11:16 amIt seems like everybody on my flist is talking about working out and/or losing weight right about now. I need to get back into my workout routine (I was bad over the weekend) and do more strength training and aerobics (hooray for Wii Fit). I'm at 220-225 right now, depending on which scale I check, and I'd like to get down to 180-190. The biggest challenge for me is one of self-discipline, to both stop procrastinating and to continue practicing better portion control.

on 2008-06-10 06:24 pm (UTC)I say my goal is to drop from 180 to 160, but in reality I'll be happy to just lose stuff around my waist. And I think right now if I were to actually get abs, they wouldn't show through the layer of fat I've got, so if you've already got that off and are starting to show some abs, way to go!
I'll get there someday...
