I read the news today, oh boy

In the past 30 hours, I've gone through various forms of shock in regards to the news about Chris Benoit and his family. In 30 hours, things have gone from shocking to horrifying. I'm still trying to process it all, watching tributes turn to speculation and condemnation. There's no way to sugar-coat it; what he did to his family was terrible. I just wonder what kind of inner demons he was battling, especially in those final 72 hours.

I don't have any other words.

If that's the case, admire the man he was, forgive the tragedy, and try not to let the whole affair make you cynical.
