The art thief who was claiming Z's art has tried twice to sign up on our oekaki board. Both times, I've rejected his application - not because he's an art thief, but because he doesn't understand the rule of, "you must submit an example of your art to be approved." He's posted links to 2 different generic galleries or directories, neither of which had any indication of what pieces were his own.

Idjit.

EDIT THE 2ND: The art thief took down the art and sent me an apology. Impressive. Maybe there's hope for him yet.
