After watching [livejournal.com profile] kei_neko's copy of Jeeves and Wooster, I am convinced that the classic Ninja/Pirate rivalry is not truly a duel, but rather a three-way fight - a trifecta of skillful combat, if you will.

The missing participant? Butlers.

Ninja v. Pirate v. Butler, and I think the Butler has a good chance of winning.

I'm all for that, especially since every time I turn around I see yet another con with their theme this year being Ninjas vs. Pirates, and I'm tired of it.

Ninjas vs. Pirates vs. Bulters would be a much-needed breath of fresh air.

Why not Butlers vs. Something Else and ditch the ninjas and pirates entirely? I'm sick of seeing the ninjas, personally, but maybe that's just me being bored to death of overexposure. They're cool, but... cripes, there's other things out there. Like adorable Goku icons... *points* XD

Hugh Laurie and Stephen Fry do wonderful work together ... they also costarred in Peter's Friends, a movie that came out about 10 years ago. the rumor is that Stephen may be making a guest shot on House soon. :)
