Well, I managed to wear my iPod earbuds (iBuds?) for almost an hour. Now, my ears are warm with agony, for while large, they are not constructed to hold earbuds comfortably.

Time to switch to the Koss old school full-ear headphones.

Those iPod headphones are really bad for your ears. Since they don't isolate outside noise very well you end up listening to them at a higher dB level than necessary. Prolonged use can lead to some very real hearing damage.

Just be careful :)
