You know, if there's one thing I really hate, it's having to clean up someone else's sloppy, semi-functional work. I mean, I know my work's not perfect, but you know it's a bad sign when you have to take on someone else's work in the hopes that it will actually get done.

I don't have to do too much of that - this is because I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for the various parts of the library website that are overseen by other departments within the library like Special Collections and their craptastic FrontPage coding, so I only have to work on pages that were done by someone with half a clue in the past - but I have been struggling for DAYS now with people who ask me to do something and FAIL TO GIVE ME THE COMPLETE INFORMATION I NEED to do said thing.

Luckily (perhaps), I ahve been putting one guy's work off for so long that tomorrow when I do it, he's going to get a massive flood of requests for said information, all at one time, all in seaprate emails. I am hoping the cluebat strikes home, although I know it's a long shot.
