I keep crashing out around 11:00 AM again. I need better breakfasts... which means I need to get moving earlier. Not a morning person, though, which means that first 20 minutes or so out of bed is all a haze. Suppose that means I have to rise earlier, especially to accomodate my DDR workout (which has gone up to 20 minutes this week... which means it actually takes about 30 minutes with menu time and pauses included). Eventually, I'll get a pattern worked out. I wish I had the luxury that [livejournal.com profile] tesstrosa has of being able to do her exercises later in the morning. Oh well; such is my life, with my 9-5 job and my 45 minute commute.

I have a few suggestions. You could either work out at night (or split up your work-out routine for 15 and 15 morning and night). Or I could make you breakfast sammiches to reheat for your brekkies.

It might also help if you eat while web-browsing in the morning. Before you sit down at the computer, grab a bowl of cereal or something.

Or finally, have a 10:30am snack. I recommend fruit or grains, but no candy. Those breakfast bars really aren't enough of a meal for you.

(pack your lunches at night)

Listen to the wifie. So says your mom. Face it, you're surrounded by women concerned about your health. I know, it's the pot calling the kettle black. I need to lose weight too. The whole family could pare down a bit. Too many great cooks and appreciative gourmands to taste the goodness.
