Jed, you are a man of vision and determination. I know a lot of people (myself included) who do a lot of, "Wouldn't it be cool if..." thinking, but you take those thoughts of yours and make them reality. You decided that you wanted an L5R hockey jersey, and damn if you didn't make it happen, not just for yourself, but for anyone who wanted to buy one. You wanted to have the premiere Lion clan site on the web, and damn if you didn't do it. I don't know if I've ever told you, but that really impresses me.

We don't hang out or speak much, although that may change with the Eldre'Thalas Night Elf Brigade, mostly because I don't MUX (or at least not anymore.) Still, though, I've been around you enough and read enough of your journal to know that you are a sweet, strong, intelligent, creative, well-spoken, and highly capable woman. What's not to like?

Mark, you are your own man. You don't follow anything blindly, and you don't compromise your principles (or at least, not that I've seen). You know what you want out of life, what you believe in, and you stick to it... but at the same time, you're willing to try new things, look at new points of view, and take risks. You're steadfast, but generally not to the point of being stubborn, and definitely not for the sake of being stubborn. You live your life your way. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it sucks, but you keep going, and you never stop being yourself.
