nockergeekI was doing so well until the drive home yesterday. I'd had a very productive day at work, in which I finished the punchlist of changes on our current big project, and all was well.
Then I had a muscle spasm in my neck. Just one. Normally, it wouldn't be something I'd be concerned about... except that muscle spasms are one of the symptoms of tetanus.
Now, I doubt it's tetanus; it's most likely from the workout I did on Thursday nght, where I was really straining my shoulder and neck muscles. I haven't demonstrated any other symptoms, especially the hallmark spams/stiffness in facial muscles. However, that didn't stop me from psyching myself out last night. I've just been mentally tense ever since. I just can't shake this from my mind.
I feel like an idiot. I also feel like I slept very restlessly. Hopefully, I should calm back down today.
