Working out...
Mar. 14th, 2002 12:34 pmWell, I started my DDR workout regimen back up last night. Did two 10 minute sets in Workout mode, and then one go at Club Mix 1 besides, so I ended up burning somewhere around 250 to 300 calories. I'm going with Maxim's workout advice - cut out 250 calories a day and burn an extra 250 calories a day for a total swing of 500 calories. Over a week, that's 3500 calories - enough to lose one pound. A nice slow controlled weight loss. We'll see how well it works for me.
Now I just need to do upper body work. I need to do bench presses and curls and such, but the two 8-lb. dumbells we have just won't cut it.
