...I got 7 hours of sold sleep last night. Still feel slightly sore from the day before, but my mind is sharp and I feel good. Nice chance of pace from yesterday, where I felt nearly dead by the end of the day. Had to take a 20-minute nap once I got home before I could even contemplating heading over to our reading group last night.

Today, though, I'm happily coherent, creative, and driven to be productive.
