Aug. 17th, 2004 10:09 pmSo I spent a full day on-site with our latest big client, monitoring their system post-deployment and helping to debug where I could. Other than one major flaw found (an error page with an error in it, thus spawning an infinite series of exception stack traces), everything was relatively smooth... well, except that the aforementioned error happened while they were trying to walk a customer through checkout, and the resulting CPU load pulled the system down into uselessness.
But it's ironed out, and all is well again.
On the home front, my mower is officially dead. The large crack that developed in the crankcase today was the clear sign... however, the better mower that was also in the shed but wouldn't start for me? It starts now and works fine, so I am still equipped with mower... a +1 mower, in fact. :)
