It seems like everybody on my flist is talking about working out and/or losing weight right about now. I need to get back into my workout routine (I was bad over the weekend) and do more strength training and aerobics (hooray for Wii Fit). I'm at 220-225 right now, depending on which scale I check, and I'd like to get down to 180-190. The biggest challenge for me is one of self-discipline, to both stop procrastinating and to continue practicing better portion control.

I'm making improvements, though - [profile] the_z says that my abdominal muscles are starting to make a reappearance.
