Unemployedville, Population: Me

I resigned from my position with my old company today. I don't have to deal with the mismanagement (or more accurately, the lack of any management) anymore. I'm free to pursue other opportunities (and don't worry, I have some options lined up). It's odd to leave a company after eight and a half years of work there, but if ever there was a time to part ways, this has been it.

It's time to move onto greener pastures. Monday will bring something new, with a whole new set of challenges. Until then, I'm going to enjoy a weekend as a completely unemployed bum. :)
