Word for the wise - don't use 1and1.com for your web hosting if you can avoid it. The actual hosting's not bad (what I got for free for 2 1/2 years served my limited needs, more or less), but the support is terrible. They're slow and generally unhelpful.

Apparently, Trevor the Vampire left some DVDs in our mailbox... or so Trevor thought, because it actually wasn't ours.

Now we don't know where they are, because the neighbors haven't seen them, either. :/
