nockergeek: (toasty)
In downtown KC, it's currently 84 degrees, with a heat index of 86. Our office has no A/C right now.

I'm slowly turning into a pile of molten Rob.

You know, if there's one thing I really hate, it's having to clean up someone else's sloppy, semi-functional work. I mean, I know my work's not perfect, but you know it's a bad sign when you have to take on someone else's work in the hopes that it will actually get done.

I have to say, I think I do some of my best programming work at home. Not all of it, necessarily - there is something to be said about a structured office environment (although I'm not sure what one would be like ^_-) - but having the relaxing comfort of being at home, free from having to follow my email for client requests and free from the ringing phone. It's a very nice thing, let me tell you.

And this will free up time tomorrow to work on other projects.
