It's Monday, it's cloudy, and it's quiet.

My brain is on vacation right now. I can't get a damn thing going; my focus is shot. One of those days where I can look at a project or look at code and think, "My, what pretty, pretty symbols. I wonder what they mean?"

Better get it back before too long, though; I'm working on Dan's PC tonight. Got to stop by CompUSA and pick up some power splitters, but once that's done it's all plugging in cards and hooking up cables.

Oh, and before I forget, a heads-up on the apartment situation

They don't have our lease on record -- it's at the corporate office in Kansas. The manager's going to get a copy of both our leases (2001-2002 and 2002-2003) and look them over. They suspect that our first lease was a 13-month lease (and I honestly don't remember if it was), in which case we did technically break our lease. We may yet be able to work something out, though.

And if not, they will take payment in installments, so we're not totally destitute. We'll be okay.
