Well, so far Ein's been decently behaved. I think it didn't sink in until this morning that Z wasn't there; last night, I made sure to spend lots of time with him, so I don't think he really focused much on the lack of Mommy. This morning, though, I could tell that he was looking for her. Didn't help that I overslept a bit this morning; bed feels weird when I'm the only one in it. Not much I can do about that, although I might see what I can do by arranging the body pillows tonight.

Got most of my tasks finished last night; Master Loo's got an extra fan and redressed cables, and it's lowered his CPU temp by about 3-4 degrees Centigrade. I'd love to lower it more, but I think that'd take an even better heatsink and some Arctic Silver thermal compound (which is über-toxic). Got my last two trade packaged up (sending them out today), but didn't do much deck-building. By then, it was around 12:30 and I was drifting off at my desk. Perhaps tomorrow, I can work on Warlord decks, just to have more play options (and to re-tweak existing ones).

Hitting the tired part of the day at work. Post-lunch lethargy combined with throwing mental resources at a piece of code that was done but has to be redone thanks to sudden revelations about how the customer really processes their data, as opposed to how we were told that they processed data, is lagging my brain.

When you have 6 or 7 card trades in circulation, getting one in the mail is like Christmas. You think you know what's in the box (or envelope, in this case), but there's something about tearing open the paper and getting at the much-anticipated goodies inside that just makes me giddy. Even if I know what I'm getting, it's still a sense of elation to actually see the cards and hold them in your hands.
