Got my W-2 today, and after some initial calculations, it looks like we'll be getting back roughly $1650 from the Feds. Don't know about the state tax yet, but if it's like last year, it'll be about $500 or so.

Sure, it's not katzchen-level bling, but it beats a poke in the eye with a sharp stick! Time to do my taxes this week!

Wow!!! Nest-egg that windfall or at least part of it. Maybe spend a little at Akon. Never hurts to have a cushion when your butt hits the ground. This is ol'ma speaking at you.
