Y'know, it never fails. I go from having a relatively quiet period at work, where I can finally get some work done on some documentation I need to write, to suddenly having 2 customers with technical difficulties and a surprise impromptu product demo session at noon.

Just once, I would like to have a workload that didn't involve getting interrupted by random customers.
