My two packages in KC just had a delivery attempt. Note "attempt". Here's the note:

Customer not available or Business closed

Wha? But... but... Z's at home! And she's waiting for the package for me! How can the customer be not available?!?

Newegg's customer support is on the case now, and will try to find out what happened and have them attempt another delivery.
