Walk, Don't Run
I ordered my computer parts yesterday morning. I requested Fed-Ex 2-day shipping and marked the order to be a "rush" order, in the hopes that New Egg would process, package, and ship the order on the same day I ordered it. I'd like to receive the parts by Friday, so I can put the computer together that night. The order was quickly charged, and my shipping address quickly verified.
And that is where my order's been for the last 24 hours or so. It hasn't been shipped. It hasn't been packaged. They haven't even retrieved all the parts I ordered from the warehouse, apparently. This is obviously some new meaning of the word "rush" that I wasn't aware of. I did not know that "rush" means "get the order started, then sit on it for a day or two".
New Egg's got about 24 hours more to ship my order out before they lose me as a customer.

The third package boggles me. It left Edison, NJ, today and arrived in a sorting center in Newark. Not sure what to make of that.
