Okay, headache's gone away, and I can concentrate again. Don't know what kicked it on... all I know is it started this morning right as I left home, and just seemed to build and build until now, when it finally broke. Feels like my forehead's cooled off too. Time to open the shades and let some light in to re-energize myself.
