The Lord hath smote me.
Monday night, I was shivering from the office AC, which is cranked up to industrial-strength levels -- and this is after I got home! It took a hot meal to warm my sinuses back up. Not wanting to deal with it the next day, I decided I would call in "sick". The plan was made and set into motion.
Then God decided, "Oh, you want to be sick? That can be arranged."
And I woke up feeling sore and headache-y, with some major sinus pain, and I called in sick. And I'm calling in sick today too, because drainage is clogging my throat and making me cough.
Moral of the Story: Don't fuck with the Big G.
