...SiteMonkey's development proceeds slowly as I add small features to flesh out its abilities. I think I'm up to v0.1.2 now, since I've added some new template features today - notably, the ability for different sections to have their own default templates. Next step is documenting what code I have. v.0.2.0 will probably involve a new templating system, but do I use an existing one, or write a simpler one?
