Dear Dell technical support...

...no, I do not need a technician to come out and replace the loose "M" key on my laptop keyboard. I'm perfectly capable of replacing a single loose keycap.

On the other hand, thank you for the entire new keyboard unit you're sending me. I should have no problem liberating keys from it.
