...aaaaand my return to WoW comes to a screeching halt, of sorts.

Keegan would have hit level 61 tonight. However, the trial client won't let you progress beyond 60, so he's stuck at 493,999 experience - 1 away from what's required to hit 61. At least I get to keep my gear if I reactivate my account without upgrading (w00t. Why wouldn't I upgrade, as most of the guild is at 70 now?) I'm debating whether or not I even want to continue the trial, since I have plateaued. I suppose I could start up a Draenei, or just try to get Beshaba up a few levels before I go. Don't know; being stopped cold in my tracks is a bit off-putting.

Oh, well. It wasn't meant to last anyway.

You might want to check out at least the Belf or Draenei starting areas before the trial closes out. They feel like mini rpgs on their own - once you're done you have no more quests other than the one that points you to the next (pre-existing) zone.

Agreed, the new starter zones are awesome, on both Horde and Alliance sides.
