Hey [livejournal.com profile] tim_almasy, if you haven't yet heard...

Green Ronin acquired the license to produce a Wild Cards M&M RPG. This could be veddy, veddy interestink.

I gotta admit, that's some pretty awesome news. Admittedly, I'm not the most familiar with the Wild Cards stuff, but it's always seemed pretty damn cool to me. And given the quality of Green Ronin's M&M line, it should work out really, really well.

I think it'll really make a good alternative to the Freedom City setting too, not that there's anything wrong with that setting, but options are always good. I get a little tired of what essentially boils down to Four Color after awhile. :P

I've been looking at the Paragons setting that they just released as well, and it's interesting. It's somewhere between Freedom City and Aberrant, and skewing a bit more towards the latter.

Honestly, they should just have White Wolf and Green Ronin work out a deal where they can release a M&M/Superlink Aberrant book, and I would be a happy fuckin' camper.
