Mutants and Masterminds -- Freedom City, Alternate Universe
Work's starting in my head for this game. Going to use Freedom City as a base, but I'm going to do some switching around on the characters/teams and such. First off, the Freedom League? It's gone. A bit too Justice League for my taste. Instead, meet its replacement, a government-sponsored super team...
