My poor shoes... or rather, shoe. My right shoe's had a double blowout; the leather's ripped on either side at one of the seams. Currently, it's patched with that wonderful nocker cure-all - electrical tape (used because I have no duct tape available, and black rubber looks better on the shoes than silver would). Fortunately, I have a pair of extra-high-top leather Converse on the way, recommended by ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
tesstrosa, although mine is in black, not red like hers. The pair should be in Lenexa today, which means that hopefully they'll be in my possession in the next day or so. Until then, I'm left with nocker-patches on my shoes. *^_^*
