(no subject)

So it's Monday. Normally, this would mean I'm coming back to the work grind, but instead today is just the continuation of the work grind. I was working all weekend on an application that the client wanted to review this morning at 9am. I love it when we find out about Monday morning deadlines during the latter part of Friday afternoon. Alas, everyone else was already occupied for the weekend, so I stepped up to the challenge. Everyone seems happy so far with the job I did, and when I hear back from my boss (who is still at the meeting with the client), I'll know how well it went over.

So right now, my brain's still a bit frizzle-fried from the weekend, but otherwise, I'm good. There's no heat in my office, just as there wasn't any on Friday, but it's not as cold as it was, so it's mostly tolerable. I suppose I should put in a request to have that fixed.

In the mean time, I listen to The Beastles. kitsuandy turned Z onto this, and damn, it's some good, good stuff. An awesome bit of remixing there.
