Where is my mind?

I can't seem to put coherent thoughts of any significant length together today. Took me an hour after I turned on Winamp to actually figure out to put my headphones on so that I could hear the music clearly. Simple questions and requests leave me confused and/or feeling irritated. Any stop in my thought processes becomes a mental rut that requires a good shove to escape.  Just pausing (like between sentences) causes problems. Typing's going to hell, too; I've made far more corrections making this post than normal.

I think I need... something. Sleep, maybe, I dunno.
