Random Notes for today...

- My birthday approaches. Turning 27 this year, slowly creeping up on 30. I've never contemplated what it'll be like to be 30. I didn't doubt I'd reach it, but it seemed so far away when I was younger that it never came up. I can't imagine it feels terribly different, but still. 30. Only 3 more years to go until I officially enter "Middle Age".

- Speaking of which, if anyone decides they want to gift me, but don't know what, I've added my Amazon wish list to the links on my journal. No obligations, though; spending time with everyone is good enough for me.

- Yesterday was mostly spent sleeping. Trying to catch up on much-needed rest, and I think I mostly succeeded. Still feeling a bit sore in the morning, and I know I've been tossing and turning a lot; woke up at 4:30 realizing that I'd tossed both my pillows on the floor, so I retrieved one of them and went back to sleep. What time wasn't spent sleeping was either mowing the lawn, watching Comedy Central, eating with Z, or playing Megaman: Battle Network on the GBA (who I have yet to name; "Red" just won't cut it.) Going to have to pick up MM:BN2 soon, and possibly 3 (White/Blue) before long as well.

- Reading more Exalted (thanks to evildennis, who lent me what books he had -- core book and the first 4 softcovers that came out) and I'm digging it more and more as I read. I'm torn, though -- do I work on developing an Exalted campaign, or a Mutants and Masterminds campaign? So... torn...

- Friday Night Anime seems to be working out well. Everyone's having a good time, and we just finished the Zabuza arc in Naruto this week. Series is just getting good now... ^_^ We only have about 4 weeks or so, though, until I've got to either A) get DVDs of episodes 51-80 (as I imagine there won't be any DVDs of 80+ yet for a while) or B) get the S-Video working from my PC to the entertainment system

- And now, back to work with me. Got a project to get finished for testing today, and then a couple more in the works.
