Feb. 13th, 2004 12:08 pmJust finished the budget for the next two weeks, and it looks like I won't have the money to get Z the Valentine's gift I wanted to get her. Well, that's not exactly true. The money is there, even after all the bills are paid and groceries bought and gas tanks filled and offerings given. It's just that the money that's left over, while more than sufficient, could be more responsibly spent. Also, Z wants to go to St. Louis in a couple of weeks, and we'll need money for that, and the paycheck I get around that time is pretty much devoted to rent and living expenses.
Hopefully I'll get my W-2 today, so I can finish taxes, but even then I won't get the returns for a couple of weeks, and I can't bank on those.
