(no subject)

We got our first Christmas bonus in 2 years (or was it 3?) today, and a sizeable one, too. My boss is looking forward to 2004, because business is steady (we're actually developing a backlog!) and we're looking to hire an additional developer or two. He wants to put me in a management/mentoring position (which means I have to learn to be a better manager of myself first. ^_^)

Should be an interesting new year!
