Things have been going well; this upswing I'm on has held solid for three days now, and I'm reveling in feeling really good for the first time in weeks. Not even the weather is getting me down. I'm not even bitching about the snow or the gray skies. Even work, with the uber-crunch project that we had over the last two days, hasn't stressed me out. I was tired last night, but it was the good kind of "job well done" tired.
Been trying to balance my time between FFXI and FFX-2, and XI's been winning. Tonight, though, I might give FFX-2 a little lovin'. My greatest accomplishment so far in XI has been buying a decent pair of slacks, but I'm hoping for bigger and better things. I suppose I should work on crafting skills, too. I've also reached the point where the easiest creatures in the newbie area aren't even earning me XP, so I suppose it's time to branch out, probably with some party-mates to help out. Now to find some party-mates...
