Aug. 31st, 2003 06:27 pmSinuses seem to have settled down again, which is good. It's stopped raining, which is also good. We needed it badly, but 24 hours of straight rainfall is enough, thank you.
Wait. Started raining again. Fuck.
Anywho, been playing more Disgaea today. Taking a break on story progression to do some leveling of items and characters. Unlocked Ninjas today, so I'm having fun with my first ninja. evildennis, that is. I'll see how Dan's move is going, since he finally got himself a jobby-job and is moving in with riff13. Way to go, Dan!
Found out Archon (big gaming convention in the St. Louis area) is the first weekend of October; oh, I so wish I could go. I might try to figure out the logistics of it all, but I doubt we'll have the money to send even just me along. Got no hotel room, for one thing, although I could probably get a motel nearby. Mostly wish I could go because there'll be a ton of Warlord events, and I'd love to partake of those. It'd also give me a chance to hang with the Casa crew (I assume that they're going), which is something I haven't done for a while. I need to rectify that situation, especially beforejudge and yukimi move. I'd be kicking myself for a long time if I didn't visit them before they leave, if just to say, "Hey, thanks for being my friends, and sorry for being so absent."
