It is done. The parts are ordered, the order has been marked "Rush," and two-day shipping has been selected. Hopefully, I can have the parts by Thursday, Friday at the latest.

Here's what I ordered:

Case: Raidmax ATX-668WSP Silver w/ 420W power supply (Take a look)
Motherboard: ASUS nForce2 A7N8X Deluxe
CPU: Athlon XP 2500+
Memory: Kingston 512MB PC-2700 (2 DIMMS, for a total of 1GB of memory)
CPU Heatsink/Fan: ThermalTake VOLCANO-11+ Xaser

Oh, and a blue cold cathode for the case. ^_^

Update: The order's been charged, and my shipping address has been verified, so now I just wait for it to ship. Oh, happy day!

We're out of forks in the lunchroom here at work, and I had a salad with lunch. Kinda hard to eat salad with a spoon or knife, so I did the next best thing. Whipped out my Gerber tool, took a plastic spoon, and cut it into a spork of sorts. The plastic was brittle, so it didn't have well-formed tines or anything, but by the time it was done, it could pierce lettuce easily enough.

Sporks - is there anything that they can't do?
