nockergeek: (Thinking...)
From [livejournal.com profile] tesstrosa

1. Of all the pets you've had in your life, which one(s) have impressed you the most?
Ein, to be sure. My parents' cats are a close close second, but Ein's just got personality and constantly surprises me by how human he tries to be.

2. If there were any game/sport that could possibly identify you as a person, your personality, and your manner of association with those who 'oppose' you in life, what game/sport would that be?
Wow... tough question. I don't know if there is a sport or game that could cover me and my dealings with oppposition... mainly because I don't believe anyone's really trying to oppose me. Sure, obstacles come up, but I usually just try to work around them rather than confront them directly. Can't think of any games that reward you for avoiding challenges. ^_^ Besides, a game has winning conditions, and I don't believe life can be "won". All we can do is do our best with the eternity we're given.

3. A stranger has something icky and clearly visible stuck in their teeth. Would you and how would you notify them? Would you try to remove it yourself?
A stranger? And it's something that minor? Unless there's some other circumstances that aren't covered in the question, I'd just let it go. Not like I'm going to be dealing with this person on a regular basis.

4. Who was your favorite character from Transformers?
I'd have to say Soundwave was the best. I mean, what couldn't he do? He could make empty energon cubes from his chest, he had at least 4 different cassette-tape-robot minions, he had the awesome monotone-robot voice, and he turned into a cassette player! He's a robot party waiting to happen!

5. If you could categorize me as a type/style of music, what would I be?
Alternative, because it's a nice broad description for everything that doesn't fit the mainstream... and you're a nice broad who doesn't fit the mainstream. ^_^

1. If you could make your hair do tricks, namely, turn any color, pattern, style or length, what would you choose?
Well, it's already been long, short, shorn, dark, blonde, green, red, and blue... what more could I do with it? I know... make it not so wavy, so I could actually do things with it. ^_^

2. What kind of associations do you have with the concept of 'green'?
New. Fresh. Not yet ripe. The smell of freshly-cut grass on a spring morning. Young. Inexperienced. Occasionally, allergies.

3. What's next on your reading list?
Finishing The Pillow Book of Lady Wisteria, and actually reading (and absorbing) Races of Faerun.

4. Which would you prefer--not knowing the answer but being able to communicate with those around you on the problem, or knowing the answer and not being able to say it?
If I'm in a situation where I can just fix the problem myself, I'll take the latter; it just speeds things up... however, that's rare. Most of the time, I have to bounce ideas off of people. In that case, the key to knowing the answer is being able to communicate and find it. Communication is so important... and just because we "know" the answer doesn't mean we really have the answer. Being able to talk and verify with people is invaluable for double-checking.

5. What floor would you prefer to live on? Fifty flights up (assuming you don't have to worry about transit each time, like stairs or the elevator) or the ground floor? Or the basement?
The ground floor. I've done the basement thing, and while it's nice, I miss having windows. A high view might be nice, but you'd never get me out on the balcony; I'm deathly afraid of falling.
