May. 16th, 2003 04:31 pmSaw Matrix: Reloaded on Wednesday night. Loved it. I'm a bit boggled by the negative reviews some people are giving it. I wonder if they saw the same movie I did... or if they just had their minds set on it being something different. Who knows... all I know is that I thought it was great, and I can't wait to see it again with Z.
Slow day at work today. Our other developer is out sick, and I've a few small items from various clients, but nothing huge... plus it's just a gray, rainy day. Well, now it's not rainy. Just gray. Silly me for wearing shorts today, thinking it might be warm. Oh well. Can't go out tonight, though - I've got code to run and monitor for a client tonight. Might have to go in tomorrow morning for a bit, but that's a worst-case scenario.
And in the totally random department, my boss gave me a Palm today. Nothing fancy - just an old m100 that had been gathering dust, but I'm sure I can put it to good use. Of course, I still have my old Journada, but the internal batteries on that thing have lost almost all their charge-holding capability, which is sad considering that I've only had it for a year or so. I may try to recharge it tonight and see if it can stay powered for any length of time. There's something about me and rechargeable batteries... or possibly our outlets and rechargeable batteries. I've noticed some don't give a steady stream of juice sometimes. I'll give it a go tonight and see if I can get the Journada working. Then I can have Duelling Palmtops!
Oh, and I need to write out bills tonight, too. That would be a good thing.
