Jan. 21st, 2003 02:21 pmHave I mentioned how much I absolutely adore our clients? Have I?
Client: "So, this project has a due date of today. What's the status, Rob?"
Me: "Well, I meant to tell you about that. See, you haven't sent me any content or information on this project, so while all the basic programming is done, I don't have anything specific to work with. Some details would be great. Thanks."
Another client sprung a surprise twist on us by thinking something that wasn't in the contract he signed was on the contract, so we've got about 6 to 8 additional hours of programming to do for him. Oh, and did we mention the project is due on Friday, and we still don't have all the content we need for it?
Yes, I do love my job, really, but the clients are a pain in the ass.
