Some utter crap yesterday, but good today
Jun. 12th, 2002 11:55 pmThis weekend, we did some shopping for new clothes and such, and while we were at the mall, we passed by the Glamour Shots. Outside was an employee, signing people up for a drawing for a $500 shopping spree. Z and I figured we'd make the gal feel useful and signed up. They gave me a stub from the form (which said we'd also won a free photo session - it was one of those rigged scratch-off cards), and we went along our merry way.
( The saga of the $500 drawing... )
Today, however, was much better. I was productive at work, finishing off several minor projects and one larger one. Lunch was uneventful - I had the same experience with my Teriyaki Stir-fry as Z did (no veggies) - but I got a snack to make up for it. Got home, had a filling dinner of turkey and mashed potatoes, and got some work done on the church website, my website, and the SiteMonkey admin interface. Did some deck revision, talked with friends online, and generally had a good night - even if Ein was being a demanding little pain.
