Clients are like vampires... they suck the life right out of you...
For some reason this morning, my favorite problem client is deluging me with little requests, blocking my attempts to get work done for any other clients.
I wish they understood that I'm not their own personal IT team, and that they aren't our only client, and that they can damn well wait in line. A lot of the things they request are tiny little "this will make our jobs a slight bit easier" items... and they love to pile these on while I'm working on do-or-die projects - even their own!
So anyway, I think they can just wait while I work on things for other customers, and they can live with it.
