Enjoy it while it lasts...

Well, today is probably the last slow day I'll have at work for a while. Starting tomorrow, the flood gates open and the client that I do most of the work for will begin deluging us with major changes to their system -- changes that have extremely short deadlines, I might add. A lot of this has to be done by November 14th, so we've got three weeks. We can do it, but it's still a ton of work. Oh well... more work is more money, and more money is good for the company! Besides, it's not like we've never been hard-pressed before.

So today I just relax, get done what I can, futz around on the web a bit, and get everything organized so that the sudden gust of work doesn't scatter me too much. :)

Let's see... what else is up? The d20 project I'm working on is really picking up speed, and I'm getting a lot of work done on my part. I'm really looking forward to the final product -- it's just a free fan-made supplement, and an update of an old supplement at that, but it looks to be really sharp when we get it all together.

Thinking of ideas for my website. Thinking I should have fun with it. Going to go with a fire theme, since my URL is http://fuego.ninja-monkey.com. So, do I do Fire _AND_ Monkeys? Flaming Ninjas? Or just FUEGO FUEGO FUEGO? :)

I'll get it all sorted out. For now, time to kick back and enjoy the pause while it lasts.
