Gah. This Logitech "Dual Action" analog gamepad I bought about a month ago for FFXI is terrible. The analog sticks alternate between pulling to the right and not allowing any movement to the right. It's really starting to annoy me, and I think the problem is getting progressively worse.

Time to look for a PS2-to-USB game controller adapter.

That's um, really weird. I've never had a problem with Logitech stuff.... Still have the warrantee?

Have the box and the docs and the driver disc and everything... but the receipt. Never sent off the warranty card (if there was one).

Bring it back with the box and all that crap, and we should be able to switch it for the same item, at least, so you can get one that -isn't- broken.

I think it's out of warranty, though. Warranty is only 30 days, I think... and will you take it back w/o a receipt?

We will take it back for the exact same item w/o a receipt. I remember selling it to you, it wasn't that long before x-mas, so don't worry. Bring back all the crap and explain you just want to exchange it for a working one.

As long as we have the box, our inventory numbers will be fine, and therefore it's not a problem to exchange it.

Strike that... it's a one-year limited warranty.
